Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. He began his career with roles in television series, including Opposite Sex in 2000. In the following years, he appeared in numerous teen films, including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he gained attention for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and the sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans also appeared in movie adaptations of comics and graphic novels: TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2010) and Snowpiercer (2013). He played Steve Rogers as Captain America was featured in Marvel's Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame 2019, brought him more appreciation. He was one of the highest paid actors on the planet through his roles in the Marvel franchise.
